JOEL SHELEY – PRESIDENT/ HEAD BREWER
A Portland native, Joel brings more than 16 years of industry experience to his role as President and Head Brewer. His journey started by graduating from the American Brewers Guild in 1992, then working for Nor’Wester Brewing as a brewer/cellarman. During his 16 years at Widmer Brothers Brewing he held lead positions in the cellaring, kegging and bottling departments.

KAREN SHELEY – BUSINESS OPERATIONS
Karen moved to Portland to work in craft beer. At Widmer Brothers Brewing, she held a range of supply chain roles in wholesale supply management, production planning and materials management. At Gateway Brewing Karen handles planning, book keeping and regulatory duties.
