Portland Bureau of Transportation has received funding to study potential street improvements to SE Stark & Washington St. from 92nd to 108th. Potential improvements could include road reorganization, signal modification, enhanced crossing and protected bicycle lanes. If it proceeds, the project would not begin construction until 2021.
